FOUNDATIONS FOR CONNECTION

INTRODUCTORY

In times of stress, growth and transition, acting in alignment with our values—what gives us meaning and purpose and how we aspire to be—can be difficult. This 8-week program supports you to address a challenge you have connecting to colleagues and teams.

You will dig into two main areas:

  • Connection to self: How am I misaligned from the kind of leader I want to be?
  • Connection to others: How can I be more intentional and beneficial in my interactions with those I work with?

As a result, you will experience a meaningful shift in how you interact with others. 

FIERCE COMPASSION AT WORK

ADVANCED

When we are faced with especially challenging situations, we can get stuck in not knowing how to act with care. This 8-week program trains you to face difficult situations and people with increased confidence and compassion.

You will go deeper to explore:

  • Connection to self:  How can I be certain that I'm doing the "right" thing?
  • Connection to others: How can I do the "right" thing as I lead in a compassionate and constructive way?

As a result, you will be able to bring fierce compassion to your leadership.

As a result, we can become reactive or less intentional in how we interact with others. This program explores what’s getting in the way of how you want to lead others through focusing on a specific personal challenge you’re currently facing.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you will dig into two main areas:

  • Connection to self: How am I misaligned from the kind of leader I want to be?
  • Connection to others: How can I be more intentional and beneficial in my interactions with those I work with?

Participants have worked on challenges such as:

  • Dealing with conflict and negativity at work
  • Managing insecurity and self-doubt
  • Developing trust with a colleague
  • Developing deeper, personal relationships at work

This 8-week program is designed to be integrated into your existing lifestyle and time commitments. It includes:

  • Online content describes our approach, including the neuroscience research, and provides reflective practices to help you explore what guides your actions as you lead.
  • Experiential practices grounded in meditation and mindfulness help you become of aware of what you’re thinking and feeling and how that impacts your behavior.
  • One-on-one coaching helps to support you in learning and understanding new leadership behaviors.

    We help you do the hard thing with kindness

    When we are faced with especially challenging situations things, we can get stuck not knowing how to act with care. We can fall prey to being superficial, avoiding people, or being overly harsh. This advanced 8-week program trains you to face difficult situations and people with increased confidence and compassion.

    You will dig into two areas:

    • Connection to self:  How can I be certain that I'm doing the "right" thing?
    • Connection to others: How can I do the "right" thing in a compassionate and constructive way?

    As a result, you will be able to bring fierce compassion to your interactions with others.

    This program builds off of Foundations for Connection by going deeper in awareness and caring practices and working on more difficult challenges that you're facing right now. If you have not taken the Foundations for Connection program, you will be need to consult with us to ensure this program is a good fit for you.

    PARTICIPANTS work ON CHALLENGES SUCH AS:

    • Knowing when and how to let go of team members
    • Having difficult conversations with your team
    • Standing up to your manager about what needs to get done
    • Working in all-male executive teams
